St. George Community Sailing Foundation

St. George Sailing offers private sailing instruction for those wishing to learn how to sail or looking to refresh their skills. Instruction is generally available on weekday afternoons after 4:30 PM and on weekends in July and August. The classes will be taught in one of our three daysailers. These boats can accomodate up to three students at a time along with the instructor.

Sessions should be scheduled with the instructor .

The rate is $60 an hour for up to three people. We recommend a two hour session, but the class could be longer or shorter as desired.

Our instructors are US Sailing Certified.

Each participant must fill out a Private Registration Form and give it to the instructor prior to the class. An adult must sign for any participant under the age of 18. All sailors are required to wear PFDs when not on dry land.
